Hosting ancillary meetings, social or educational forums and/or opening a hospitality suite, requires approval from APSS management. Requests for all function space at the APSS contracted hotels must be arranged and approved through the APSS. Space requests for events to be held in the Henry B. González Convention Center will not be approved.
In order to fully promote the educational activities of the meeting and the visitation of the Exhibit Hall, the APSS prohibits the use of hospitality suites and meeting rooms during the scientific program on June 9 from 1:00 PM to 5:15 PM and June 10-12 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Companies that do not exhibit at SLEEP are not allowed to host hospitality functions, conduct market research, or distribute handouts.
Deadline for Requests: May 24, 2019.
Submit the Affiliate Meeting Request form and a $100 nonrefundable administrative fee to the Meeting Department via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via fax at (630) 737-9790. Please allow approximately 5 to 7 business days to process the request.
